R. W. Clark Company was founded by Bob Clark and his wife Jane in 1981.

Company Profile

The R.W.Clark Co. engages in general contracting and construction management in the commercial and institutional markets. Since its start in 1981, the firm has undertaken a wide variety of projects, both new buildings and renovations. Also, some specific subcontracting efforts, such as historic window renovation projects, have been accomplished. Our extensive wood-working shop allows for in-house wood element restoration, metal restoration, epoxy-consolidation and refinishing work.

The interests and strengths of the company’s principals have shaped the types of projects that have been sought in the past. Particular emphasis has been on projects that require professional engineering skills or expertise, or that require an extra level of organization or planning while still maintaining tight scheduling or budgetary constraints. Completed work has included a broad range of historic renovation and adaptive reuse projects with more-conventional new construction.

All of our projects are estimated and managed by one of the company's principals. It is important to us to maintain involvement in, and responsibility for, everything that we as a company do.

• All of our supervisors and foreman are OSHA 30, Drug Free Workplace and EPA-RRP trained and certified.
